Rank on Google. Get cited by AI.
A growing share of searches now ends without a click. We work both sides of that split: the rankings you already compete for, and the answers that get written above them.
SEO that still ranks. GEO that gets you named.
For twenty years the question a brand asked about search was simple: where do we rank? Keyword, position, click. That question still matters. It is no longer the only one.
ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews read the web, synthesise an answer and hand it to the user. Somewhere inside that answer a small number of brands get named. Fewer get linked. The rest simply do not exist in that conversation.
We work on both sides. Classic search stays in place: technical health, architecture, on-page work, schema, content that earns links and positions. On top of it we build for retrieval, so a model can lift a clean, quotable answer out of your pages and knows which entity to attach it to.
Technical foundations
Crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, internal linking and site architecture, audited page by page and fixed in priority order.
Content built for retrieval
Pages written so a search engine and a language model can both extract a clean answer, with the claim, the source and the entity in the same place.
Entity and brand signals
The structured data, consistency and third party citations that teach a model who you are, what you sell and who you compete with.
Rankings and citations, reported together
Positions, clicks and impressions as before, plus how often assistants name you, in which assistant, and for which prompts.
The audit and AI visibility platform behind the work
Our SEO and GEO work runs on a platform we built in house, because the reporting we needed did not exist off the shelf. It audits a single page or crawls a full site, renders JavaScript so a single page application is read the way a crawler reads it, and checks on-page, technical, link and schema issues in one pass.
The part we care most about is the AI layer. It scores how visible a page is to AI engines across crawler access, content extractability, technical setup and machine-readable markup. It tracks a set of real prompts per URL and records whether you were cited, by which assistant, and how that rate moves month to month. It also runs brand visibility reports across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok, covering recognition, sentiment, credibility and which competitors a model associates with you.
Rank tracking, Search Console data, competitor comparison, scheduled crawls, threshold alerts and a monthly digest sit alongside it, so nothing depends on someone remembering to check.
The Search Evolution
A practical SEO and GEO guide to being found, named and cited by ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI, not just ranked by it. It lays out what changed, why a top ten ranking no longer guarantees a citation, what the research says actually earns one, and the concrete audit and reporting steps to act on it. Built from a live briefing we delivered to marketing leaders in 2026, with sources so you can check every claim.
Three guides. No charge, no filler.
Each one is the working method behind a service, written the way we brief a client rather than the way an agency writes a brochure. Sources are cited so you can check the claims.

The Conversion Lab
What share of A/B tests really win, how much traffic a test needs, and why last click attribution and platform reporting disagree.
Predictive UX
What saliency models genuinely know and where they fail, the three signals worth reading, and a four gate pre-launch playbook.
The work behind the method
Search and content work does not live on its own. It sits inside brand, creative and performance, which is where most of our portfolio comes from.
