AI AUTOMATION & TOOLS SPECIALIST

We are looking for an innovative AI Solutions Developer to join our 360 digital marketing agency. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge AI coding assistants (like Claude Code, Cursor, and similar tools) to rapidly build, test, and deploy custom software solutions. You will serve as the bridge between marketing strategy and technical execution—creating bespoke internal tools to streamline our agency's operations and developing unique, interactive web applications to elevate our clients' campaigns. • Proven hands-on experience using AI coding assistants and LLMs to build functional web applications or tools.
• Strong foundational knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Node.js, or Python).
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party software.
• A "hacker" mindset with the ability to rapidly prototype, iterate, and solve problems creatively.
• A general understanding of digital marketing concepts and how technology can drive campaign success.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical capabilities into clear, actionable ideas for non-technical team members and clients.

• Experience in planning and delivering WordPress websites used across multiple products and organizational units.
• Deep expertise and hands-on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, WordPress and API's.
• Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to E-Commerce applications.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
• BS in computer science or a related field.
