Konstantinos Kotsigiannis is a digital marketing pioneer and Co-Founder of VALUE who helps Businesses and Startups build a marketing strategy and a branding story in order to succeed in the digital environment.
When he is not working, you will find Konstantinos discovering new technologies, while thinking about how they are going to change social norms. He also spends his leisure time reading astrophysics-related articles – in-between watching football.
Ioanna Io Anastasaki is a Co-Founder & Digital Marketing Strategist of VALUE, a digital marketing agency that helps Businesses and Startups build a marketing strategy and a branding story in order to succeed in the digital environment. She has over 10 years of international experience as both an Entrepreneur and Consultant.
When Ioanna is not working, she is exploring new practices and technologies while thinking about how to change social norms. She also likes finding out what’s wrong with the world by reading books on economics, politics, and philosophy.
Antonia is a Business Development Manager at VALUE. She has studied Applied Mathematics at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and has a passion for Business Analysis along with Economics. She is a well-organized and cheerful person. If you are around her you can’t be in a bad mood!
Alex prefers designing to talking. According to her, designing is more enjoyable and leaves less room to chatter. If you don’t hear from her, she got lost in pixels! Have you ever seen someone sing and design at the same time? That’s Alex!
Meet Chris, our Web Developer. He’s a true chameleon, adapting to all kinds of situations with his calm and cool-headed demeanor. If you want a different perspective on your project, he’s the man! You’ll have a hard time finding him when he’s traveling – because he’s probably already at the airport catching his next flight.
Dimitra is our Office Manager. Recently, she also started delving into the world of HR and Project Management. She is always down for a challenge and always ready to achieve any new goal. She started out as an intern but, as she is a fast learner, soon she became a VALUEd coworker. She is also the office dj, as she is always creating new playlists.
Jessica is an Office Manager with a talent for keeping everything organized and running smoothly. In her current role, she supports HR processes, coordinates internships, manages supplies, and ensures that both the team and the office have everything they need to thrive. She enjoys working with people, solving problems, and creating structure in a busy environment. When she’s not making sure the office runs perfectly, you’ll probably find her curled up with a good book or enjoying some music with her cat nearby. She also loves exploring new ideas and staying curious. Known for being adaptable, proactive, and a little bit of a bookworm, Jessica is always looking for ways to grow, stay inspired, and bring positive energy to both her professional and personal life.
Meet Panagiotis, our Web Developer. Known for staying calm when things get messy, he’s the person you call when a project needs fixing, simplifying, or thinking through properly. He enjoys breaking down problems, cutting through noise, and building solutions that actually work. When he’s not deep into code, he’s usually on his motorbike, clearing his head before diving back into the next challenge.
Meet Iro, a kind-hearted, cheerful, and sweet-natured individual who brings a positive energy to everything she does. With a background in Physics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, she currently works as a Social Media Manager at Value. In this role, she combines her passion for communication with her analytical mindset. Outside of work, she enjoys playing football, watching movies, and spending time with her two adorable cats.
Meet Artemis, she is Account Manager at VALUE with a strong work ethic and a commercially focused mindset. Fluent in three languages, she brings a global perspective to market expansion and client engagement, always aiming to bridge the gap between brand growth and measurable impact. Deeply motivated by innovation and emerging technologies, with a specific focus on leveraging AI to enhance data-driven decision-making, aims to optimize marketing performance for sustainable business development.
Meet Kyriakos, an Account Manager at VALUE with a background in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus. Calm, creative, and highly strategic, he’s a natural problem-solver who enjoys turning challenges into clear, effective solutions for clients. Known for bringing positive energy and a good sense of humor wherever he goes, Kyriakos believes that great results come from clear thinking and teamwork. Outside of work, he’s passionate about boxing, enjoys listening to podcasts, and loves traveling—while weekends often find him in the stands, living the thrill of every Olympiacos match.
Marianna has never followed a straight line, and that’s exactly the point.
With studies ranging from maritime studies to fine arts, graphic, digital and motion design, she moves comfortably between structure and creativity. When she’s not designing, you’ll probably find her outdoors, exploring nature, herbs, and slow, hands-on processes. Her work is shaped by curiosity, multiple disciplines, and the belief that design gets better when it stays connected to the real world. For her, design isn’t just visual, it’s observational, tactile, and deeply connected to context.
Meet Marianna, she is our graphic designer with a serious addiction to fine tuning visuals and caffeine. If you talk to her while working she will probably not hear you because she almost always has headphones on. She has a soft spot for photo editing and branding, especially branding because it lets her imagination run wild. As you understand she does love music and collecting vinyls. Other than that she enjoys a good mafia themed movie, questionable fashion and all things design (she has been to Bauhaus and is still chasing that high). She will talk to you about the importance of ground shadows & grain on a visual and Abu Dhabi 2021, even if you don’t understand anything. While not working, you will probably find her playing guitar flash, drawing another jjba character or looking at which shoes to buy next.
Elena is Social Media Manager at Value. She studied at the Department of Communication, Media & Culture of Panteion University. Having worked in the fast-paced and demanding media environment, she has learned to maneuver and adapt to new challenges. She loves to put her creativity into words, go to the theater with friends, and buy flowers.
Grigoria is a Social Media Manager at VALUE with a passion for digital marketing and advertising. She graduated from the department of Journalism and Mass Communications of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, specializing in Communication. When she’s not creating strategies or fine-tuning campaigns, you can find her wandering the streets of downtown Athens, exploring new restaurants and cuisines, or telling jokes that are just a little bit too cheesy (but still make you laugh). She’s always on the lookout for new ideas, fresh inspiration, and the best hidden spots in the city to unwind.
Angela is Social Media & Content Manager at VALUE, shaping brand presence with a strong focus on social media strategy and aesthetic. You’ll always find her desk stocked with the essentials: lip gloss, water, and plenty of conversation. She loves curating and sharing stories on her own profile and is constantly chasing trends to keep content fresh, relevant, and visually on point. With an energetic spirit and a natural talent for communication, Angela turns ideas into scroll-stopping social moments.
Maria is our Performance Marketing Specialist, still finding her place in digital marketing despite a background in Applied Mathematics and Physical Sciences. She’s always ready to help and will gladly search for answers with you. Full of energy, you’ll always hear her around, except when she’s lost in her music! When she’s not creating campaigns, you’ll likely find her at a gallery, enjoying some good food, or catching her next flight
