About this Position

The Account Manager role sits at the center of our value chain, ensuring that client relationships, project delivery, and internal coordination translate into tangible business outcomes. This position is not about personal performance alone, but about building ownership across teams, maintaining process discipline, and creating a climate where specialists can perform without micromanagement. Account Managers act as the link between clients, delivery teams’ managers, and leadership. Accounts managers are responsible for outcomes, quality standards, and alignment with our strategy and culture. Success in this role is measured not only by satisfied clients but also by the clarity, efficiency, and growth of the systems and people under their stewardship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and ensure the implementation of project management processes and tools.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Oversee project deadlines, budgets, and deliverables quality.
  • Develop and maintain project templates (scope, briefs, budgets, etc.).
  • Report on project and account performance, costs, and KPIs.
  • Participate in annual planning, budgeting, reporting, and performance measurement.
  • Manage CRM, contracts, proposals, and invoicing.
  • Coach, onboard, and support Project Managers and new team members.
  • Resolve cross-functional and cross-team alignment issues.
  • Support sales growth, client retention, and new service proposals.
  • Represent the company at events and contribute to supporting marketing materials.
  • Tactical and process decisions (task allocation, team workflow, daily priorities, performance reviews, coaching, team capacity).
  • Functional strategy (resource allocation, process improvement, KPI ownership).

What You Need for this Position

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Project Management within a digital or creative environment.
  • Strong process management and resource allocation skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities with a client-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM and project management tools.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys coaching and supporting others.
  • Ability to make tactical and strategic decisions under pressure.
  • Proven focus on business outcomes and measurable performance.
  • Ownership mentality and accountability for culture, systems, and team success.
  • Strategic perspective and adaptability to changing priorities.

  • Review how PMBs (Project Manager Badgers) manage their projects.
  • Regular check-ins to align manager performance with enterprise values and goals.
  • Be available for PMs and Specialty-badgers.
  • Setting priorities.
  • Resolve cross-functional and cross-team alignment issues.
  • Sales farming.
